Abstract:This question-and-answer podcast is the first in a two-part series. Part one provides resources that are available to help an employer and people with arthritis or other rheumatic conditions like lupus, fibromyalgia, and multiple sclerosis that have some limitation in their ability to work. The speaker explains how limitations can affect the type or amount of work an individual can accomplish and how accommodations can help work performance.
