Abstract: In this video, Burn Model Systems researchers provide information on employment accommodations, how individuals with a burn injury can successfully transition back into the workforce, when to go back, and what patients can do to improve their quality of life. An individual describes his injury and how it happened, and talks about his experiences and journey through the recovery process and the challenges of returning to work after sustaining a burn injury.
