Some common mistakes that employers make

Abstract: Presenters describe what they think are the two biggest mistakes employers make about burn injury patients returning to work. These are: (1) not wanting the person to return until they can do the job one hundred percent, which results in a loss of money for both the employer and the individual, and (2) the employer not being flexible and working with the person and their burn injury team to understand what the limitations might be or other accommodation options. Run time: 1 minute 39 seconds.
