TExT ME: Telehealth Exercise Training for Monitoring and Evaluating

Abstract: One of the principal investigators explains the telehealth and exercise training for monitoring and evaluating (TExT-ME) project, which allows individuals with physical disabilities to overcome barriers that would normally limit their participation in laboratory studies, to partake in the home exercise program. He describes the three phases of the project, and along with another individual, demonstrates how the face-to-face prototype works. Run time: 3 minutes 12 seconds.
