Abstract: Presenter interviews an individual from the Institute for Community Living who works with people that have disabilities. He answers questions about employment and people with mental health conditions, and shares his opinions along with what has been learned through research. Topics discussed include: stressfulness in being employed vs. being unemployed, poverty, and how being employed provides a person more control over their life and helps to be a part of the community.
