Abstract: This video is a public service announcement presenting five women with intellectual disabilities who talk about the Women Be Healthy course they participated in. They provide information about the importance of regular breast and cervical cancer screening, creating a screening plan, living a healthy lifestyle including eating healthy, maintaining a healthy weight, staying physically active, and stress the fact that breast and cervical cancer screening can save lives.
