Caregiving and COVID-19 Report

Report of a survey of caregivers and non-caregivers to understand the impact of the pandemic. Family caregivers reported more negative effects from the pandemic than non-caregivers. They were more likely to be experiencing isolation, food insecurity, and financial hardship, among other issues. Family caregivers also reported that the pandemic had increased their caregiving responsibilities, and that providing care was more emotionally, physically, and economically difficult.
